Born and raised near Sydney Australia, I had a strong passion for art throughout my childhood, and in particular drawing. Everything from portraits to designing dream houses, I would give anything a go.
When I left school at the age of 18, I joined the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) and spent several years enjoying all the excitement working in uniform has to offer, working both in Australia and overseas. It was during this time in the RAAF, I got my first SLR camera, and found photography to be a great artistic medium with which to express myself.
In 2003, I got my first Digital SLR, and from then on I have not looked back. Shooting everything from Waterpolo tournaments (my favourite past time after photography) to Sailing trips, I really started to find myself as a photographer.
Now I like to work with people when I am with my camera. What I find the most enjoyable about photographing people, is the challenge to capture in a still frame that one moment which defines the persons personality, or a couples love for one another.
The great people I get to meet and work with, make this such an incredible job to have. The looks on their faces when they see the photos I have taken of them after their big day really gives me great pleasure.
If you are interested in having me shoot your special day, I am available for Wedding Photography almost anywhere, so please feel free to contact me for more information.
